Working with a group of classmates, I created a business pitch for a local organization, Nico’s Little Italy, in preparation to open a sister establishment, Nico’s Late Night. Some of our main priorities were identifying rivaling businesses, target audiences and how to please them, a timeline, ideas for the launch, and much more.
