As part of one of my class finals, I worked with a group of peers to create a business pitch for a local business, Nico’s Little Italy, who was preparing to open a sister establishment, Nico’s Late Night. Some of our main priorities were identifying rivaling businesses, target audiences and how to please them, a timeline for this project, ideas for the launch, and much more!
